We do this by working with our community through programs like CCFA, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and THON.

Our biggest moments of satisfaction come when we help others excel via charitable activities or work opportunities. We make regular appearances at job fairs and continuously post job advertisements. We do our absolute best to ensure prospective workers land thrilling job opportunities.
Equally important, we help employers find top talent to help grow their businesses. We're the only employment agency in the Central Pennsylvania area to offer a door-to-door transportation service to employees working for businesses who've sought out our services! No more worrying about missing the bus or being unable to call a cab; we've got our workers covered on the commuting front.
THON
THON is a foundation that strives to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer. It's the largest student-run foundation in the world, and we're proud to be among its supporters.
Crohn's & Colitis Foundation (CCFA)
This non-profit organization has been around since 1965. It dedicates itself to raising awareness and finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. They offer education programs created for patients and caregivers. Being knowledgeable of Crohn's disease is the first step to identifying treatment options.
They also provide helpful information to clinicians, donors, researchers, and volunteers.
Make-a-Wish Foundation
This non-profit organization makes the dreams of millions of children across America come true. They've been helping children with critical illnesses aged 2 to 18 years old since 1980, and we're here for it. Last year, The U Group hosted an entertaining charity golf scramble, with all the proceeds going to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Being a part of our community is important to us. In 2019, our New York branch also partnered up with Assurant to host York Revolution's 3rd Annual Pride Night. We also support the younger generations of our community by regularly offering summer internship opportunities to qualified high schoolers. If we see an opportunity to help our community grow, we'll take it!
Ur Hand Up, LLC
The Ur Hand Up LLC is a Non-Profit Organization. The idea behind this organization is to directly impact Van fees for clients. Transportation is the number #1 barrier holding qualified candidates away from obtaining and retaining work.
Clients who would like to ride our van service, opt in to have the $100 van fee taken out of their weekly paycheck directly. The money that is collected through donations, grants, and events are put towards transportation funds to help lessen the $100 burden.
After assisting Van fees, we also can put those funds towards transportation to offset Quarterly costs/repairs/gas. The events that are held, are annual Make-A-Wish Golf Outings and other outings such as Bowling and Yard Game events.
